How do I submit a document(s) for translation?

e sure to provide us with your contact number/address. Also tell us how would you like to receive the translation back. We serve via: fax, e-mail, express mail(FedEx, DHL, or UPS) or Web site.

What next?

1. Your order will be reviewed immediately. Please wait for the confirmation e-mail or fax from either of our translators. You'll be assigned a personal translator, whom you will communicating with. He/she will provide you with further instructions.

NOTE:
Your translation will NOT be delivered to you until we receive the payment confirmation.

How long does it take?

Your documents will be processed in the following order:

E-mail and facsimile documents are processed immediately.

After our confirmation, the document will be translated as follows:

a. Actual translation within estimated period of time.

b. Linguistic adaptation, syntax and spell checking.

c. Quality assurance: Translations will be checked by at least two certified translators.

d. Translated document(s) will be delivered by e-mail, fax, mail, express mail (add $5) or uploaded to our secure web site upon your request.
